Who is the Criminal in the Bulgarian National Security Agency?

I am quite baffled by the allegations from two camps of former officers from the Bulgarian National Security Agency. Applying a simple logical operation, three main scenarios are possible:

1. Nobody is a criminal – but then, why all the trouble?

2. Everybody is a criminal – an interesting perspective, indeed!

3. One of the two leaders of camps – Aleksey Petrov or Ivan Drashkov, is a criminal.

Whatever the truth may be, a Member State of the European Union has this multidimensional dilemma to solve. It appears that we need all the help we can get from other Member States.
