Draft Text of the Declaration on Irish Guarantees for the Treaty of Lisbon

We have now the draft version of the declaration of the European Council on the guarantees for Ireland for the ratification of the Treaty of Lisbon.

In its essence it is an official interpretation of the text of the Treaty of Lisbon, to be associated with Ireland’s instrument of ratification.

Some of the texts are not completely precise and I hope that will be worked out.
