The Czech Presidency of the European Union has called an informal meeting of heads of state and government of EU states in Brussels on March 1.
According to Mr. Topolanek, the aim of the summit is to assess the efficiency of measures taken so far under the recovery plan in cushioning the impacts of the financial crisis and, above all, to agree on a coordinated approach to all measures subsequently adopted by individual member states.
